I’ve had three hip surgeries and pilates is the best thing for me! I’ve strengthened my core and surrounded muscles and it’s made all the difference in my hip. One of my favorite things about Club Pilates is that every class is different. They have so many class types and instructors that I’m always getting a new experience. On each piece of equipment it feels like there is endless new exercises we can learn. The equipment is really specialized and the instructors are highly trained and so they can modify or advance any move to meet my specific needs. I come in and the front desk greets me by name and can always help get my schedule set. It’s feels more like a community than a gym!! I fully enjoy working out and actually get excited about going!
