  My review rating relects my experience with Dr. Titus' appoinment booking service. According to my text message list from that service, I received a 4-30 (10:15) confirmation which I had set-up that was cancelled n then reset by them for 5-1 (11:30) that was canceled by them and reset for 5-5 (3:15). The next text I received for 5-5 stated the time was 3:45. I called, explained I needed to keep the orginal 3:15 agreed upon time. My last duplicate text from them restated the 3:45 time. I called again...was offered times even later that afternoon. ??? I feel Dr. Tutius offers excellent hearing care/enhancement services for her customers but needs to 'shop around' for a more reliable phone/appoinment making service! After three tries, I'm all out of patience...

  Doctor Titus is greatly skilled, as well as caring, and supportive in her communications with my husband (the patient) and with me.

  The process took exactly 30 days from order date to date of receipt of the hearing aids. The problem was not Connect Hearing but somewhere between Tru-Hearing and the manufacturer, Siemens. I was told normal turnaround time was 7-10 days. Was disappointed in this type of delay.
