Dr.Michael D. Schurdell: The Physicians Spine & Rehabilitation Specialists

Dr. Schurdell is board certified in Anesthesiology and received subspecialty certification in Pain Management from the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Schurdell’s training has brought him to various parts of the country, allowing him to work alongside leading experts in the fields of Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain medicine, such as the world renowned Dr. Richard Rauck. He has acquired advanced training in multimodal therapeutic approaches to chronic pain, which include the use of minimally invasive techniques such as epidural steroid injections, selective nerve root blocks, sympathetic blocks, and spinal cord stimulation. He practices in our Rome and Calhoun offices.
