  One of the worst practices I’ve ever seen doctor never wanted to hear what i had to say and pretty much just Told me watch what i eat understandably. They have put me through the worst sickness by failing to refill my medicine on time and lying straight to my face about refilling it. Not once but twice now have they did this and i now will be out of medicine for atleast 3 days until they refill it.

  I've worked in the medical administrative and billing field for 25 years. I've also had NUMEROUS procedures performed based on my family history. NEVER have I scheduled a GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy separately or the process takes 2-4 hours. My appt was 9am for a 9:30am procedure. I arrived on time and an hour later, I'm STILL sitting in the waiting room! My friend accompanied me which is REQUIRED and he had to be at work by 2pm. So I left! If you want to milk the insurance company which ISN'T illegal, so be it. But you WILL NOT inconvenience me in the process. I had to do a lot of rearranging for this appt while my grand daughter is virtually learning. I found another practice that performs BOTH prodecures AT THE SAME TIME. No referral here.   Omg ! The staff at the front desk is horrible! They are not friendly at ALL! As we signed in, they never looked up to acknowledge me . I had to wait over an hour to be called back for a small procedure after they instructed me not to eat after 12 AM . Now, it’s 3 P.M. so you can only imagine how hungry and weak I am . The waiting area was packed with people. On the day before the procedure they called me serval times to make sure I had the $275 co-pay. After telling them I would have it, they continued to call the next day to confirm the same thing. After waiting for over an hour I walked up to the front desk and asked, who’s the Doctor and did they over book today. After several seconds passed I finally received eye contact, she stated the Doctors name which was Dr. Srinivasan Ganesan and No we didn’t over book . This is my first time experiencing this. They need to handle people like they handle their money!!!
