Never had an eyes doctor that was willing to take her time to explain everything. The optician Abbey also took her time to explain everything. They both very professional, friendly and supportive. I will definitely keep coming back!!!

Warby Parker is technically no exception with their policies, and that is why the human element and common sense is so important. Enter Abbey! Abbey is one of the team members at Warby Parker at The Avenue and she turned what could’ve have been yet another frustrating business interaction into a delightful experience. Though their system didn’t account for my special situation, she refused to give up. I’m so grateful for her patience, kindness, compassion, and willingness to stick with it until we found a great solution! If you visit this location, be sure to ask for Abbey! You won’t be disappointed!
