- TCT CAug 15, 20261.0Worst experience with a LensCrafters. I went through the process with Chris to order sunglasses and I was told everything would be saved in the system. However, when I called back, everything magically had disappeared. I sent over my prescription as I said I would and wanted to make the payment. Chris will waste your time building an order and say it’s gone a few days later. Hence the quote says good til September 7th. Also who doesn’t accept emails you guys need to get with the times and offer email and text options, I paid to fax something and still can’t have my order completed. Stop over promising and under delivering. I’m too busy to have my time wasted like this.
