  My glasses broke at the last possible second on my date, and when I came in to get them repaired LaToya immediately greeted us and got my glasses repaired within 5 minutes. Thank you so much!

  Mr Henry was very helpful and welcoming. He helped me get exactly what I was looking for, helped me maximize my insurance since that was a top priority for me, and made the process simple and enjoyable.

  Exceptional service at this location! I would give 10 stars if I could. Mr. Henry- The New Assistant Manager was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He assisted my husband and I with finding the BEST glasses and products. I highly recommend this location and Mr. Henry for any optical needs.

  Poor communication and instruction by Dr. Brown left me with hundreds of dollars of unusable contacts and no support from LensCrafters or the exam provider. My initial appointment, as a first time contact wearer, was with Dr. Choi. He was extremely informative, let me know what to expect, and what to do as a new contact wearer. I got my trial lenses delivered and had no issues with prescription or fitment. For my follow up visit, I was booked at the same location with Dr. Brown. I told him the fit on the lenses was great and I had no issues with visibility. He ran a few additional vision checks before sending me on my way, unknowingly, with my new prescription he had modified without telling me and no further advice. I filled the prescription at a third party (Costco) due to their cheaper price. Unfortunately I did not wear or try them on because it was allergy season, the trial lenses lasted long enough to get me through, and being unaware they were different than my original prescription; learning that later, I would have ensured they worked. Fast forward to early fall and I try my new contacts to discover they are blurry and unusable. I reached out initially to the Optometrist who said their was no change made and to follow up with Costco. Costco confirmed the prescription was correct and I was lucky enough to have one of the trial lens cases, confirming the change the Optometrist stated did not occur. I revisited the Optometrist with the old lense case and they were then able to review and see the change was made. Again, they told me there was nothing they could do but reverted my prescription to the pre-change values and sent me back to Costco. Unfortunately Costco could not make the third party change as the boxes had already been opened, which makes sense. I returned in hopes they would make it right or offer some sort of solution, with no luck. I have never had issues at this location in the past with my glasses prescriptions nor the initial prescription written by Dr. Choi. After multiple visits with no accountability or acknowledgement, I resulted to writing a review to LensCrafters, which was the first time any sort of solution was offered. I received a follow up phone call on my review from the LensCrafters' manager to let me know Dr. Choi offered me a month's worth of daily lenses, at no charge, to rectify the situation. Although appreciated, a month of lenses did not remotely offset the cost of an unusable year supply of lenses as a result of Dr. Brown's poor communication. I declined his offer for the free lenses and will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere in the future, despite the positive experience with Dr. Choi.
