  Lab Fit is a hidden gem in PTC!! I unfortunately have a long history of neck pain due to a car accident. Physical Therapy is not new to me…. What is new to me is the level of expertise from the therapist here, and pain relief he has given me. Ashton Fannin, the therapist, and the entire staff at Lab Fit are the absolute best!!!

  I didn’t have any experience working out before joining, and I could not have picked a better place. Brandon, Alex and Sydney were so welcoming and made it easy. The group classes are fun and challenging with a real sense of camaraderie. Alex’s attention to detail in the classes and private training insure results while working out safely.
