The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, but their systems keep dropping my daughter's secondary insurance on a nearly monthly basis. Additionally, their automated phone system is garbage: it either doesn't work or goes to spam so we never get notifications about refills or questions from the pharmacist.

They act like it's a hassle and get annoyed with you for transferring prescriptions to them. It's not 24 hour anymore. It's just not the same pharmacy it used to be. The only reason I still go there on occasion is because they have the lowest prices on prescriptions insurance won't cover.
