I’ve been going to Club Pilates for about a month and it has been amazing!! I’m no spring chicken and I have had a knee replacement. The Pilates teachers have helped me modify my form and I feel wonderful when I leave.

Took Ashadaya’s Control class and honestly loved it. She explained everything really well, kept the class flowing, and pushed us just enough without it feeling overwhelming. I left feeling strong and already can’t wait to take another class with her. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about trying her class! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
