  I had a small emergency when a bracket came loose while I was eating. I called the clinic expecting an appointment delay, but they adjusted me the same day. No attitude, no long waiting. Just fixed it quickly and checked everything else before I left. That kind of response builds real trust during long treatments.

  Honestly, I was scared of pain before starting braces, but it hasn’t been as bad as I imagined. Every adjustment is done gently, and they always ask if I’m comfortable. Even small discomforts are taken seriously. That kind of attention is rare these days.

  PRAISE THE LORD!!! The Carothers Family LOVES DR. JAMIE KIM!!! She is simply AN AMAZING orthodontist. We had the pleasure of her expertise with first our daughter Jessica, then son Conner and even myself! Our children had braces but I had Invisalign! Both of our children whom she treated have the straightest teeth and they went through the program quickly and effortlessly! I on the other hand had visited your million dollar orthodontists but they told me upfront that they could not fix my side underbite. BUT DR. KIM FIGURED OUT A WAY!! She did so many unconventional methods to get the job done correctly!!! She also used the latest software and she mixed them all together for a VOILÁ, a MIRACULOUS Correction!!! Needless to say we are SO GRATEFUL TO GOD for DR. JAMIE KIM!!!

  Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable. I described an issue I had with a recently re-bonded permanent retainer from a separate dentist, which cause unwanted movement of a single canine vertically. She provided guidance and recommendations. She offered to remove the permanent retainer for a fair price and recommended that I wear my final aligners. That problem tooth has already begun to shift back to its correct location, and my nightly retainers are fitting better and better with each passing day. Overall, I was very happy with my visit!
