How do I get my free fitting?

It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.

Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Jason at the Newnan Georgia location provided phenomenal customer service! He was very professional, personable, and attentive to detail while helping me with my insoles. Came in to the store not knowing what to expect and was greeted by Tabias who was very helpful in educating me on the importance of alignment. Staff was courteous and professional. The product is too expensive and kind of gimmicky. I mean, it's not like they take impressions and custom fit the insert to your feet. It's a good product and marketing idea, but not worth what the price, in my opinion.

Do not come here. I writing this out of necessity to warn others that there is no refund policy. My mother came here after visiting an orthopedic in a panic needing shoes after being on fmla due to an injury. The sales associates here didn't explain the credit applications they were running for her leaving her with a 700 dollar bill. When she returned to the store in the same week (and had not used the product because she could not afford it) it was then when she was told that there is no refund policy. I reached out to good feet corporate and was told by the DISTRICT MANAGER that because my mother didn't explicitly ask if there was a refund policy they didn't tell her that they don't do refunds. This store cares about making money and that's it. Never thought I'd be the person to leave a negative review. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. Never left a bad review anyway before, but that is just unethical.
