StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Newnan offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

    I purchased a Stretch session for my husband's birthday. He is a commercial driver/Chauffeur. Which can cause lower back pain and stiffness. Reuben really enjoyed the stretch but was also educated on things he can do to help when outside of Stretch Lab. We can't say enough good things about the team at Stretch Lab. Highly recommend!
