  The team at Liberty Upper Cervical is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating, and I appreciate how kind they were to me as a client. However, I want to share my medical experience to remind others to always trust their bodies.I started upper cervical care here in hopes of treating my dizziness, but it unfortunately threw my neck into severe, chronic muscle spasms. For seven weeks straight, I didn't have a single day without intense stiffness and a significantly reduced range of motion compared to when I started. I was told it was a 'normal healing phase’ and every body is different- which is true (to some extent). However, seven weeks of uninterrupted structural lockdown is not a normal phase—it was my body rejecting the adjustments. I eventually saw a medical doctor and started physical therapy, where my therapist immediately identified the severe muscle guarding and protective spasms.While the office itself is lovely and the staff is wonderful, the treatment simply was not right for my anatomy. If you are undergoing care and your symptoms are continuously locking up after weeks, please listen to your body. You should not have to just 'push through' constant structural stiffness. If it works for you, great! But if not, just know it wasn’t just you.

  Very disappointed in the service provided. They do not do xrays onsite as shown on website, and they believe ALL issues are related to the neck. I have degeneration in my lumbar area and they fully believed that adjusting my neck would address the pain and correct my issue. After seeing medical doctors and having an MRI, the findings were so far in contrast to "being fixed by adjusting my neck" that I could not believe what I was hearing. So, if you are looking for someone to fully treat your conditions and feel that someone not using true adjustments will fix you, then you are looking in the right place. They do not do manual adjustments and focus only on neck being the cause of every condition. Attempted to at least get a partial refund for a misdiagnosis and what could have related to more time and degeneration of my spine to no avail. Fully believes that all things can be fixed by the clicker/actuator on the neck is my impression. If that fits your goal then fine, but if not, beware.

  I have been going to Liberty in Newnan it really helps me so much!! I would recommend this place to anyone going thru pain but cant find enough relief from medications. It's a very nice environment with very nice people.

  Dr. Brandon is great. He listens to you and is very professional. He answers your questions concerning all your health needs. His treatments are beneficial. He keeps me mobile. And he knows me. The office staff is also great- courteous and friendly and helpful.

  We had a good experience with Dr.Ben. We are returning to do some test to see if Zoey can move forward. Dr.Ben is very thorough and takes his time explaining everything and ask us if we have any questions.
