  Amber was great! Loved every minute! My Mother’s gift was to do this class with my daughters! For 70 years old, I did good!

  I am one month in and I’m hooked. All of the instructors are great. They are good about rotating the exercises so it’s the same but never routine or boring.

  You absolutely cannot be more than five minutes late for this class; otherwise, you will have to turn back. Furthermore, existing members are not permitted to take the intro class. Since I was able to make a reservation, I assumed I was eligible to attend. It’s a shame — it would have been helpful if they had informed me of this in advance. This whole situation left me feeling quite frustrated. If existing members are not allowed to book the intro class, the app should be updated to prevent that from happening in the first place.

  I attend the center and balance class in Newnan. I am a newbie to Pilates and Amber is always patient with me and my questions and inability to bend the way veterans can. She remembers the position of the apparatus for me and I truly appreciate the quiet and thoughtful way she leads the class. Amber you are a wonderful instruction:leader!!!

  I’d been looking into Pilates for quite some time before finally taking the intro class here. I signed up the same day. I love how intimate the studio is and that I see both men and women enjoying the classes. I am a gym girly who was looking for more of a challenge and I definitely think the discipline Pilates encourages has been a plus to my overall life— posture, breath control, patience, and structure. 10/10 I pull recommend! The instructors are so sweet and patient!
