I visited several optical chains while trying to purchase AI glasses, and unfortunately, the service I received at the other locations was subpar. Then I walked into Pearle Vision Southlake, and the experience was completely different from the moment I entered. I was greeted warmly, and Natalee took such great care of me that she made the other optical chains look like amateurs. Her customer service was truly exceptional! She was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I had the best experience possible. What impressed me most was how much she cared about making sure I had my glasses in time for my birthday. She even offered to help me find a comparable pair so that I wouldn't have to miss out on celebrating my birthday without the glasses I wanted. That level of service is rare. Natalee went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me. If you're looking for the BEST customer service at an optical store, go see Natalee at Pearle Vision! She was trying to fix but if you dont know what you are doing, dont do it. And she never apologized. Had a very unfriendly demeanor maybe she was tired...I would only recommend you work with Ms. Linda.
