My wife has an appointment here now and there is a very strong smell of gas; staff states that the fire department says its ok to operate etc... but NO, IT'S REALLY NOT! Inhaling fumes from a restaurant next door is harmful to everyone even in a short period of time. The restaurant itself is closed but Lens Crafters want to operate anyway and put cutomers/patients in harms way. This is bad for business and more importantly, health. My personal/professional advice; schedule at another location if you can please. It's NOT safe at this Morrow,GA location.

I was there for about 30 minutes or so browsing and trying on frames as I already had an eye prescription and was in the store to get assistance. The guy continued to read his phone and the lady just sat there. They never spoke a word to me. After I found what I wanted to purchase I took a picture of the frames code and I went home to order online. If the employees are not there to assist or greet customers …why are they there. Highly disappointed will not return I would drive to elsewhere in the future. Very unacceptable service.
