  I received outstanding customer service from Levi last week, when I had to visit the store to purchase replacement glasses. I have been purchasing my glasses here for years and each time I have been there she has consistently provided excellent customer service. She is always knowledgeable and patient as she answers all my questions and concerns. She is always pleasant and provides me the best options to assist with my glasses needs and concerns. I have recommend my friends and family to purchase their glasses and contacts here too and will continue to do so.

  Julia....you were amazing 👏🏾 from the moment my wife and I entered LensCrafters. You, took the time too learn about out wants,needs and what we would like going forward. Julia, was patient and very EDUCATED on everything we had questions about. Julia, we appreciate you taking the time ⏲️ and knowledge on the 2 pair I purchased and the 3 pair my wife purchased. My Wife talked about Julia all the way home 🏡 simply because this day and time ⏲️ younger men and women really doesn't have the time or patience with us SENIORS.   The doctor was not friendly and I felt like I didn't get a good exam. She didn't fully answer my questions and rushed me out of the office. I won't be returning.

  Julia R. is an amazing sales associate. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to make sure my glasses fit properly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Unfortunately, I ended up needing to return them and choose a different pair, but even that process was incredibly smooth thanks to Julia. She made everything easy and stress-free. What stood out most was her professionalism and genuine personality. Our conversation felt natural, and I never felt pressured into making a purchase.
