- BRBryanna Robinson4 days ago5.0I had been searching relentlessly for a glasses repair for the simplest reason—needing a screw replaced. Although it sounds basic, one of my hinges were not aligned and it was an act of congress every time I replaced the screw myself because it fell out every single time. I visited Pearl Vision to see if they could give me some assistance and their great team executed within 15 minutes. Terri had greeted me and I informed her that I needed a screw replaced being that I couldn’t do it myself because of the hinge situation. Terri wasn’t sure if she could help yet after literally minutes of being there, she came out and my specs were ready to be worn once again after months of me putting them to the side. Thank you greatly Terri for replacing the screw for me and asking the Lab Tech ,Tyler before turning me away. Not only did I get my problem accessed, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back to purchase a pair of glass form the fine selection!

- MMmichael morrelliApr 15, 20265.0I post 5 stars. The experience was great!. An in-store technician ran the normal eye tests for the individual physical characteristics of the eyes. Perhaps 10-15 minutes of time. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered questions like a veteran. An on-line technician completed the vision and sight test with the diopter device. A Dr then came on-line to advise me about the results of the tests and issue the perscription. My eyes have changed from a year ago and the new glasses will be ready in 10-15 days. I will go back again with no reservations.
