  I really tried to not look at the negative reviews and give this business an opportunity when I did go in the doctor was very thorough and explaining how menopause works. But as a long waited for my results to come back, I called in and the person that answered the phone pulled my chart and told me that my levels were perfect and that it was at a 30. And my mammogram came back and I was OK as I continue to have symptoms and problems, I was convinced something was still wrong. When I called back. I was then told that the doctor wanted to see me because my levels were way off, which is not what they said at the beginning, but I have to make an appointment to come in to get a review off of those results. The people were very rude as if it was my fault that they gave me the wrong results and to request to speak to the doctor, whose credibility is online, she couldn’t even return my call. Very very disappointment. I will never go back here again NEVER.

  I'm not sure the nature of this business but I was very skeptical calling in to make an appointment due to all the "not-so-nice" reviews. The receptionist was nice however the information she delivered to me made me know this is NOT the place I want to be cared for while I'm pregnant. She stated they do not take any NEW patients unless their at least 8 weeks pregnant.

  This place is the most unprofessional place I've been too and what makes it worse is it local but women do not go here I called up here and was told they do walk ins when up there today sat there for like 7 minutes I wasn't greeted or acknowledged! When I finally was frustrated I walked up to the desk told the lady this was my first time in here she then proceed to ask me who my insurance was through so I told her for her to tell me we don't do walk ins and we don't have any spots! Very rude she didn't take my name down or anything was very nonchalant the whole either time. Don't be a woman working for woman healthcare if you're gonna be rude and disgusting!
