  Whole staff likes to talk on the phone, eat and not except confirm appointments. Im at my 39 weeks pregnancy appointment and these front desk ladies are very rude and unprofessional. My appointment was set to be 9:00am through txt message and then when I get there it’s changed to 10am. I will never understand why they couldn’t call me to confirm with me my appointment time. When I asked what time the doctor will be in they both ladies had attitude and was laughing and giggling like it’s funny when trying to obtain business. Who ever is the manager here needs to be reported and fired for unprofessionalism.

  I’ve been waiting over 3 months for test results. I’ve called and the doctor was out of the office. I was told that my file would be on her desk for review and follow up. I still have heard nothing from this doctor. If you are having real issues please please go somewhere else. I do not recommend this practice. No patient should have to wait over 3 weeks for test results and then not hear anything. I should not have to keep calling for results. Stop taking new patients if you can’t handle them. Wish I could give negative stats.

  This place should be shut down! Terrible customer service! Mixed up test results, drug use accusations report due to them mixing up my blood test results. Pocketed my deductible for delivery and I am fighting collections bc they never reported I paid them!

  Don't waste your time here; the service is terrible. I went recently—I’m three months pregnant—and I still haven't seen a doctor. They ran a blood test, and the receptionist told me I have to wait 6 to 10 weeks for the results; by the time 10 weeks pass, I’ll probably be giving birth. Please, if you don't want to work, just quit—but don't treat the public badly. You have no idea what someone who needs help and wants to know how their baby is doing might be going through.

  I really tried to not look at the negative reviews and give this business an opportunity when I did go in the doctor was very thorough and explaining how menopause works. But as a long waited for my results to come back, I called in and the person that answered the phone pulled my chart and told me that my levels were perfect and that it was at a 30. And my mammogram came back and I was OK as I continue to have symptoms and problems, I was convinced something was still wrong. When I called back. I was then told that the doctor wanted to see me because my levels were way off, which is not what they said at the beginning, but I have to make an appointment to come in to get a review off of those results. The people were very rude as if it was my fault that they gave me the wrong results and to request to speak to the doctor, whose credibility is online, she couldn’t even return my call. Very very disappointment. I will never go back here again NEVER.
