  Love the fact it is a smaller personal facility! I don’t like to workout in big crowds and this facility has that personal feel! He did get me back on my feet after I had a major surgery!

  I was so fortunate to have Daveon Jackson as my trainer this past year. Daveon is patient and encouraging while also pushing you to your limits. He is always a professional and truly goes above and beyond. I loved the personalization of my workout; he found out I used to play softball so we got to play catch as a warmup sometimes, which I really enjoyed. I have definitely never worked out so hard but even on my worst days, Daveon made me glad that I showed up. I am so happy with the results I’ve had with Daveon. Not only that, but he taught me so much about hydration and nutrition and how to work out to get the results that I want. If you’re looking for the best trainer in town, this is the one!!

From day one, he has been incredibly personal, professional, and genuinely invested in my overall well-being and success. He takes the time to understand your goals, limitations, and strengths, then creates a plan that is both challenging and achievable. One thing that sets Daveon apart is how thorough he is with stretching, mobility, and proper technique. He doesn't just focus on workouts—he focuses on making sure your body is prepared to perform and recover. Because of his guidance, I've reached goals and accomplished things physically that I honestly never thought I could do. Daveon has a unique ability to push you beyond what you think your limits are while still keeping you motivated and confident. He consistently introduced new exercises and activities that kept every session interesting, engaging, and fun. There was never a point where training felt repetitive. The workouts were definitely hard at times, but Daveon showed me that real results come from stepping outside of your comfort zone and putting in the work. His encouragement, knowledge, and commitment to his clients make all the difference.
