Returned to Pearl Vision this morning to purchase new frames and had my gentle dog with me. There was no objection from the store employees to me bringing my dog into the store. The lead person assigned me a sales rep from the group of people standing at the desk. The sales rep clearly said to me, "I do not do dogs". I asked the lead person if she could assign another sales rep. She said no. I felt very unwelcome, exited Pearl Vision and drove to the local Warby Parker store. Warby Parker had no objection to my dog entering the store. The sales rep was knowledgeable, kind and patient. Other store employes visited my dog. I bought my first pair of Warby Parker glasses. Very happy with the sales experience. Time will tell if my new glasses can stand up to normal use.
