StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Avenue West Cobb offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

I was impressed by the intro session and what they're able to tell you about your body. I've had 3 sessions with Allison now and can't say enough good things. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is friendly and I can tell she genuinely wants me to improve and have good flexibility and health. After just one session, I signed up for 12 more, and look forward to the 10 I have remaining. I'd recommend StretchLab to anyone needing assisted stretching from a kind, caring crew. I recently had a back and nerve issue, and Allison has even helped that get better faster. I am so grateful I started going here!

They all had different techniques, at home recommendations and good encouragement to assist with overcoming my injury. I worked with Darius, Tavi and Amy and loved the variety of experiences with each. At the end of three months, I am so much better and this was 100% worth it. Considering the time spent one on one and the price, the investment is small compared to the outcome.
