  Pure Barre West Cobb has been such an awesome addition to my life. As someone that has been a long-time runner, this has been a wonderful supplement to building muscle and challenging my body in new ways. My strength and balance have greatly improved over the past year+ of coming here. I love the welcoming environment and the wonderful workout that comes with it. The owner, Barbara, is very kind and ALL of the instructors are excellent! Pure Barre has become an amazing form of self- care for my self and I am so grateful for the entire team there. Thank you!

  I'm 62 and have had recent knee surgery so I needed to find low impact yet strengthening exercise scenario. After checking out some other regimines I think I have finally found the perfect fit for me! All those muscles you THINK you use daily will be exposed for just how weak they are. The exercises are md but the next day you can feel their effectiveness. I recommend to everyone.

  Great group of women, so lucky to have found this studio. I was new to barre and these ladies have been kind, personable, and helpful in my posture journey. They are patient and attentive. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and diverse. 5 stars!
