The representative, Christie, said she wasn’t comfortable adjusting them and the person who is able to do it is no longer with the store. What was even more disappointing was the lack of concern. No one checked the fit of my other glasses or seemed interested in making sure I left satisfied. The overall attitude came across as indifferent and uncaring. The one employee who provided excellent service has left the store, and after this experience, it’s easy to understand why. I would not recommend this location. There are plenty of other optical shops nearby that value their customers and provide much better service.
