  The level of customer service with past 2 visits at East Cobb / Marietta GA location was very impersonal - young girls at reception desk saying " go sit over by the window " and " go wait behind the wall " .. all without a smile or saying please / thank you is Insane business behavior - per we as customers all have *Options .. I told Dr Goncalves of my experiences , however the offenders continued working there / are enabled to continue with their apathetic / disrespectful attitudes...from reading various google reviews I am not the only one who experienced these rude behavior problems, not a surprise...final situation was my asking Multiple times for an estimate of particular procedures /services pre-visit ; prior to making an appt ---- emails / texts were either ignored or not given a requested answer -- then after calling the office finally received answers; appears they were trying to increase the billing also again did not show respect .. thus they did not get the extra charge$ or additional optional services I normally would have considered, including a new set of glasses - although the *sales employee certainly was respectful and very communicative ..have lost my business , and my family members business $ - who would have been a customer otherwise ..

  Today Pearl vision on Johnson ferry lost a 15 year customer. The prices went up on contacts(Manager could say how much or wouldn't) and the coverage i had before did not get as many contacts. My next exam is in November and have more benefits, but I was out and the price for one box for one side is $189.00 so basically $400 for a box for each eye. I said I can not do that this week but can next week. My contact is torn almost in half my glasses make me sick to my stomach and dont match my new subscription because my eyes got better. Yes 10% of far sided gets better with age. I fell into that category. So glasses dont work so good. The Manager absolutely refused to give me a temporary pair till the following week. I need them! I cant see I always go for my exams and pay in full and they milk my insurance. No words mattered , she had no comforting words or who I could call. Told me she was the manager! Great way to treat a returning customer for 15 years. Wow! Last day with Pearl vision. No work, no money , no money , no insurance, no insurance, no payment, No Pearl Vision. I fire you and you go out of business with you very poor policy. Great business plan!

  They were very quick to room me after I arrived. The technician was very kind. Dr. Angela Lee did thorough eye exam and did a great job explaining my results to me. I was in and out with a comprehensive eye exam and new contact prescription in 30 minutes!

  Dr Lee was very thorough and kind. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. I live a hour away but I will continue to travel due to the better quality treatment I received at this location.
