  Kelli is amazing. She is patient and really listens when I'm asking her questions about the program. She follows up consistently and often forwards resources that are applicable and useful to me. I am losing weight....but slowly...a pound or less a week. It frustrated me at first but now that I am seeing consistent loss each week (even if small), I am encouraged and trust the process. Better yet, when I meet the nutritional requirements, I am not very hungry and am able to schedule in occasional treats. I couldn't be happier with the program and see it becoming a lifestyle for me.....NO MORE DIETS!!

  They make sure feel so important! Very knowledgeable and take the time to educate you thoroughly. I am so glad I found Low T Nation! Not only have they fixed my hormones, but they have also improved my skin with their fantastic lasers!
