Heather is amazing! I found an authentic 80’s pair of aviators at a thrift store but they were way too tight. In a matter of seconds she was able to heat the bands and adjust them to be far more comfortable. Super friendly and great experience.

I highly recommend LensCrafters at The Avenue East Cobb in Marietta. My family and I have been loyal customers for two years, and it’s our go-to for annual exams and eyewear. They offer a fantastic range, from high-end designer frames like Gucci , D&G and Prada, etc. to budget-friendly packages ( frame , lenses with tints incl.) starting at $99.
The entire team is exceptional. The sales staff—Diana, David, Naomi, and Manager Heather—are incredibly welcoming.
It would be nice if they demo live samples of transition lenses and tinted lenses like other competitors do. I have already provided feedback to Diana.
On the clinical side, Dr. Lakhani and the assistants, Tammy, Twin like looking Boys ( forgot their names) and Maria, provide detailed and friendly care. A special shout-out to Tammy, whose expertise finally landed me the perfect multifocal contact prescription that no one else could get right, and Maria for her patience in training me on contact lens care. If you need eye care, this is the location to visit!

I recently visited Lenscrafters after shopping around at area businesses. I have some used some in the vicinity that compete with Lenscrafters and generally found one or the other part of the experience lacking. What made the difference with Lenscrafters was not just their courteous service but also the time they spent with us to explain our test results, go through the eyeglass selection process, and how our new eyeglass experience may be different from what we already had or if we are new to it. That service experience was clearly above and beyond compared to any other eyeglass business in the area.
I am docking only half a point (Google doesnt allow me to grant a 4.5 / 5) in my review because of a misunderstanding in the sales process that the store agents themselves did not acknowledge or take the initiative to resolve. Required an escalation to the store manager who was absolutely wonderful and understanding of the situation. Therefore, I urge the store (& Lenscrafters as a business) to consider granting some level of autonomy to the sales agents so they have flexibility in addressing customer concerns.

I came in to Lens Crafters for an adjustment on a couple of frames eyeglass frames. David took care of me and did everything he could to make sure I left happy. And I did! Thank you
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
