Ended up switching and driving the extra 20 minutes. When I say disgusting , rude awful behavior from this lady, I’m amazed they would hire someone with such awful customer service.

Even down to the pharmacist! You are there to do a job if you don't want to be bothered by assisting the customer maybe this is not the job for you. 09/25/2025 I continue to have issues getting my medication on time at this Kroger. It seems they frequently have medications out of stock. I have been without medication for 2 days because, the refill needed I was told by this pharmacy they requested it from my doctor's office that was 5 days ago still ,and still no refill and now I'm being told it's out of stock. The attitude of some of the pharmacy's staff is they don't care if you are left without medication and it shows the way you are spoken too. This pharmacy is in my neighborhood but I can no longer go through this every time I need a refill. I have to find another pharmacy unfortunately.
