  I appreciate the employees and the great service I always receive at this pharmacy! I've been coming here for years for prescriptions and vaccines. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, especially the pharmacists.

  Love Kroger, HATE this pharmacy. Dropped off an antibiotic prescription for my son. I was told 30 minutes. An hour later they tell me it's ready. I go to check out and pick up remaining prescriptions already filled. They LOST his ADHD medication, which is a controlled substance, laughed it off. Paid and left. Get home to discover, THEY DIDN'T FILL THE ANTIBIOTIC! Called them and the pharmacist laughs it off again that it was soo busy. I am immediately changing pharmacy.

  Dropped off prescription at 10:30 in the morning was told to come back at 12. Came back at 2:00 p.m. Rx. was not ready. Technician was argumentative trying to explain to me that didn't have enough help or or that the person didn't put the proper information on pick up time. I would have given you all day as I tryed to explain, I doubt you heard a word I said. I don't fault the technician personally, but your pharmacy has big problems with simple Communications and in order processing. Not the 1st time with these problems but definitely my last at Kroger Pharmacy. Bye

  Used to be awesome service lately my last two prescriptions I've had to wait 4 days to 5 days to get them they don't seem to care nothing they can do.
