- RARena AinsleyDec 13, 20252.0Management is a weak point. The workouts themselves are solid, but communication feels rigid and dismissive, with policies prioritized over reasonable customer service. There also appears to be a noticeable amount of instructor turnover recently, which impacts consistency and overall experience. Strong concept, but leadership and retention seem to be ongoing issues. ETA I most certainly do have a membership and have been going for ~3 yrs. Not surprised their subpar management would try to question my legitimacy rather than address the real issue. Not the first time they implied I’m a liar and others have had similar experiences. If it weren’t for the instructors, I’d be long gone.
