- CMCrystal MApr 28, 20262.0Check in was smooth , place was very clean, the receptionist was very nice and so was the instructor … but I wouldn’t be going back simply because during one of the stretches, the instructor pushed down a little too hard on my back while I was extended & because I either wasn’t positioned right or wasn’t expecting to be pushed down further than I already was, but I was in quite some pain for the next few days after my visit . They did follow up to see if I wanted to join their membership plan and I did express how my last visit with them went , and all I got was “sorry that was your experience”. Pilates is great but I wouldn’t recommend this location per say.
