When I did get an answer I got Mr. Jeff and he was amazing!!! He was very patient and kind! He was willing to be slightly repetitive and made sure I understood the answers he was providing me. He was very helpful to my issue and friendly!!

I attempted to change the lenses myself and she explained to me that I could’ve damaged them when I applied heat to the frame to get the old ones out.
