  Thank you Home Instead for providing us with the absolute BEST care provider! Andrew Wolfram has been a Godsend for my mother. I love the communication with the home office as well; very easy to get in touch with them to add or change a schedule. I recommend Home Instead to anyone who loves their elderly family members and wants peace of mind while you are at work.

  I want to commend Nicole Childers for her excellant care with my recently widowed brother, age 85. There is no family in Macon and Home Instead has helped to fill the gaps for his needs. Nicole has been a very intricate part of his care. She is a very special caregiver who goes above and beyond to care for my brother. I feel more at ease knowing caregivers like Nicole are taking care of him. Thank you to Home Instead and thank you to Nicole. Blessings, Marge H

  Over the past Two years my family and I have used Home instead as the agency of our choice to enhance the care for my parents allowing the to remain in their home. Instead of going to an alternative living situation. We could not ask for better staff than Home instead, if we have a question a need or anything they are always ready to help to solve the situation from Tiffany who answers the phone to Sara the schedule manager they always understanding even if I ask the same questions twice. The staff they assign to the home are very appropriate for the clients needs. We currently have the best staff caring for our parents when I am away from the home Cynthia is the best, loving caring compassionate, always doing more making the home neat and orderly for my return. Fixing their lunches, assisting with their ADLS my parents just absolutely love her they look forward to her arrival daily. Thank you the Home instead TEAM for all you do to make terrible challenging situations comfortable and better

  I just wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful my caregiver Maria Hacker is. I honestly don't know how I survived without her. She has the most wonderful attitude and she is a joy to spend time with. She is very much an inspiration , and I am so thankful that Amanda paired us up together.

  From the first contact to the last day of our services, Ellen was kind and understanding with my changing needs during difficult times. Kamitra was genuinely concerned with my father’s well-being and I was relieved when Precious would offer help with housework and food prep to lighten my load. Grateful this company was so professional and competent!
