They couldn't be bothered to fill today, and declined to identify a time tomorrow when I could pick it up because they were "so busy." Complete disregard of customer's need for pain relief. Complete regard for their own convenience. Disgraceful. Entire crew should be fired

Prescriptions are not ready on time and customer service is lackluster at best. The young lady I spoke with today told me that they were backed up and it would be an additional half hour. I had already waited an additional half hour before coming to pick them up. It is just frustrating because I had hoped it would be an easy transition. Guess I will transfer all of my prescriptions again.
