  Tony is the man, amazing customer service and always gets me exactly what I need. Rarely leave the store without a sample or two, he's great and knowe his products.

  I typically shop at this GNC location when in the area, however, the visit on August 4, 2025 was not a good experience! The fast cadence talking guy that is there all the time (that visit was around 1PM EST), not only didn’t allow me to use my points as a Pro Member, but he also charged me for the free GNC bar that I should have gotten for the monthly perk for being a Pro Member! He also said that I couldn’t utilize the buy one, get 50% off as a Pro Member, then decided after the fact that he would go ahead and honor it. I also asked if I had any points to go towards my purchase and he said NO! I later looked at my online account and I actually have $25 in banked points! Needless to say, going forward I will be going to the Cobb Parkway location where Sterling is the manager. I never have any issues at his store location!!

  Lost a decent size sale. Asked to use the restroom before I gathered my products so I could focus on the information…. “Restroom isn’t open to public”
