  HAHAH. I was NOT surprised when I came to the reviews and saw that 2 stars was their overall rating. NOT ONLY does this pharmacy uphold the reputation for how INSUFFERABLE pharmacy workers can be, it is arguably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my entire life. First off, WHY do people who choose to work in pharmacies… choose to work in pharmacies? Do you think you’re doing anything other than CUSTOMER SERVICE? Did you train for and apply to this job thinking you were entering some highly respected, prestigious profession where people would bow down or shudder at the sight of your existence? Did somebody hand you a pharmacy badge and suddenly you became the Supreme Guardian of the Pill Bottles? Are customers supposed to approach the counter slowly, avoid direct eye contact, and humbly petition you for the privilege of receiving the medication their doctor already prescribed them? You work in a pharmacy. You interact with customers. You answer questions. You process prescriptions. You help people navigate problems. CUSTOMER SERVICE is not some irritating side task interfering with your real job. It is the literal core part of the job you chose. Yet somehow, damn near every pharmacy, ESPECIALLY this particular pharmacy has managed to cultivate an atmosphere where asking a perfectly reasonable question feels like you’ve interrupted a private meeting of the International Council of Pharmaceutical Royalty. YOU WANT TO HEAR SOME INCREDIBLY CLEAR PROOF? I’ve been around long enough to see people come and go at this pharmacy. Everytime a young spunky smiling happy eager to win at life adult is hired, they are just that, incredibly positive and happy. After a few weeks…same dull monotone casualty of life insufferable attitude like tht seasoned employee's. The irritation, the dismissiveness, the condescension, the general attitude of “how dare you make me interact with you” is genuinely impressive. If dealing with customers produces this level of visible contempt, I have fantastic news: there are MANY careers where you do not have to stand behind a counter specifically designed for customers to walk up and speak to you. Stop blaming your daily mood that you give to other people, on other people. You chose a job to deal with a daily high volume of person to person interactions. Stop living all the freaking way inside your ego and holding prescriptions hostage because someone got their early pension after the doctor sent their order. Stop pretending you are anything other than a normal person at a Kroger working at a register, you know, just like everyone else that comes to you that you think you’re better than. TO ALL FUTURE READERS REMEBER THIS: Kroger has ZERO policy in regards to people picking up their medications whenever they want. Literally no policy or critques in that situation. So if you get to the pharmacy and they try to tell you to come back hours later, or tell you some other pill-bottle-hostage-situation, tell them you disagree and would like your prescription now or you can report everyone and their mother up their corporate ladder. THESE PEOPLE will have NOBODY waiting and tell you to come back two hours later. Then while you’re waiting, see a regular or two that they don’t actually treat horribly, and get their unprepared order for THEM. IF THEY TRY TO TELL YOU THEY CANT DO IT WITHIN THE 20 minute time window you arriving, they are 100% EGO TRIPPING. I’d say do better, but seeing how your egos and self importance is artificially higher than the national debt, I doubt that’s a reasonable request LOL

  This has to be the worse pharmacy. Honestly, they never have your medication ready.

  Does not communicate correct information regarding prescriptions. Medication is ALWAYS out of stock and prescriptions are always delayed. If you are depending on this pharmacy to provide medication each month expect to run out in between refills.. MEDICATION IS ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK!!!!!! They do not let you know until it is too late!! Very unhelpful!!
