- ESEarl Van Senus2 days ago5.0I just wanted to say that Jada, who works at this Kroger Pharmacy is absolutely awesome. I am new to this pharmacy and now have a prescription that can be difficult to get, especially being self-pay. Jada has been patient, understanding, and her customer service has gone above and beyond. She is shining example of what quality service should be. Just FYI, I am President of an International Company and Customer Service is huge with me. She should be commended. In a day and age where this concept is lost, she has brought it back. I highly recommend this pharmacy just because of her.

They truly care about their patients. I’m officially a loyal Kroger pharmacy customer now!
- BLBowden Group LLCJan 15, 20261.0Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional. If you’re into wasting your time this is the pharmacy for you. This place will claim to not have inventory of needed medications then MAGICALLY find them when you call to ask if other pharmacies have inventory. Twice now this has happened. Upon arrival, an hour after the time THEY said the order would be fulfilled. The order was not ready. I then proceeded to wait another hour for my full prescription to be fulfilled. Do yourself a favor and find a local independent pharmacy.
- MHMandie HaleApr 10, 20211.0I’ve had 2 doctors ask me to stop using this pharmacy. One of my transplant doctors threatened a formal complaint due to it being so bad. Doctors call in prescriptions and the pharmacy says they never got it. It’s been a huge problem considering most of these meds are very important med that I can’t go without. I’ve never had this issue with any other pharmacy. I don’t know if it’s a system error or staff incompetence but something needs to be fixed!
