  Update: While I am still upset with the communication aspect of my wait, I do appreciate the care and concern of the Dr. I was also admittedly, pretty Hangry. 😑 Going forward, more transparent communication and an acknowledgment would have most likely resulted in 4 original star! While I appreciate Dr. Ganesan’s bedside manner, knowledge, and expertise, the excessive wait times warrant this 1-star review. Every appointment I’ve had at the LG Endo Center has involved a wait of one to two hours beyond my scheduled appointment time. The front desk staff have been consistently dismissive when patients ask for updates, offering little to no information about the delay. Today, my appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. with a required arrival time of 10:30 a.m. At 11:15, I asked how much longer it would be before I was seen. I was told, “Maybe around 12:00 to 12:30.” If the office already knew the physician was running that far behind, why wasn’t I notified before arriving or at check-in? Patients’ time is just as valuable as the provider’s. Requiring patients to arrive early only to wait another one to two hours, without communication or consideration, is unacceptable.

  Dr G is very competent and goes an excelkent job explaining what is going on. The office generally runs on time.

  Dr.G and his staff are wonderful. I feel blessed to have Dr. G helming my 83 y.o. mother's colon cancer battle. You can expect clear explanations, compassion and a staff willing to go the extra. Thank you Dr. G.
