They place me on a hold for a long time and finally picks up the phone just to hang it up . This has been an ongoing thing for days . They clearly don’t want to work or help assist customers . I haven’t had time to go there because i’m busy at work during the week so they don’t even make it convenient to me simply by calling them . I wouldn’t have to call if they called me with an updated how Dr. Frank claim he or his staff would . Very unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff at this location . I will never do business with them ever again after this .
