  I’m very dissatisfied with my recent experiences at this Kroger location in Lithonia As a customer, I expect to shop in a comfortable environment, not feel like I’m being monitored or harassed while spending my hard-earned money. They’ve placed security at the front of the store stopping customers to check receipts, which feels excessive and unprofessional. The posted sign clearly states that bag checks apply only to specific items like duffel bags or rolling book bags which I’m not sure why those items would even be carried but I did not have either, yet I was still stopped. From what I observed, this is being done to multiple customers regardless of what they’re carrying, which is both inconsistent and frustrating. I shop at Kroger location in Tucker regularly and have never experienced anything like this. Even when I mentioned this situation to them, they agreed that it seemed unnecessary and over the top & is a form of harassment. There are other things that be considered like uncleanliness of the store & store’s parking lot or why the store is never fully stocked etc. There’s a clear difference between enforcing store policy and making customers feel uncomfortable. The way this is being handled needs to be addressed. If this continues, I will seriously reconsider shopping at this location.

  KROGERS IS MY FAVORITE GROCERY STORE. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!!

  This Kroger have to do something about the customer service and customer time I have been coming to this Kroger Pharmacy for a very long time and I keep giving them chances after chance after the chances and the only reason why I have not transfer all my medical information to the Walgreens next-door is because of my medication price but this getting really old

  I've had the worst experience with this location... My son's Doctor sent in his prescription and when I called they told me they had no record of anything. Ok fine! I had his Doctor re do it... When I called up there the associate who picked up was a little clueless at first but then assured me his meds would be ready and I went over everything that he was suppose to have. When I arrived only 1 out of 3 things were ready and the associate told me it would be there Friday. When I called Friday they were clueless again. It's very frustrating going back and forth for my son's asthma medications that I have proof were sent in. I don't understand how certain associates can tell me one thing but the others can't seem to find anything. I won't be using this pharmacy at this location again.
