- MMMagic MarkerApr 15, 20261.0Chopped. Fresh out of surgery in the morning. Didn't get hydrocodone until night time. Calling 5 times over because of the amount of pain I was in. The next refill, never showed up until I had a post opp visit where they showed me they sent in the request days prior but never updated me or even showed on the app. Even called and said there was nothing for me. I went in after the visit. And they had the request the whole time and filled it 5 hours after. Similar experience again. You will not get your medication. Extreamly priority medication unless you call them and beg for answers.

I have never once had a problem with any staff that ever worked there. One time in 17yrs wife had to wait a few days for a prescription due to a back order..I have always been treated attentively, friendly, and professionally!

Their accents are so thick you can't understand what they are saying then act like you are being rude when you ask them to repeat. Prescriptions are NEVER ready in the time they give you. Very, very poor customer service at this location.
