- JBJesse BarclayJul 20, 20261.0Terrible experience Horrible Rude staff openly give you the wrong information just moved to the state I have a state ID social security card but was denied a donation because I didn't have a bill when the website specifically acke for a proof of address utility bills lease etc or any letter with your name and address that is dated 60 Days but was told at the donation center that I needed a bill and can only donate if I have a bill just a horrible experience the staff barely knows their own rules and regulations
