  I’ve been donating for over 15 years from Athens to Gwinnett to barrel County, but I have never in my life of all the years donating saving people have been treated with such rudeness, such chaos and such unprofessionalism in my entire life first off, they give false information me trying to be a new donor telling me one thing on the phone and when I arrive there angry because me and my fiancé were new donors and they did not want to do that kind of work towards the end of the shift because it’s their Friday on top of that. Had the worst customer service I’ve ever seen from any department The place was horribly dirty. They were mourning. Unorganized had no kind of communication. Neither did. They have the audacity to treat us with kindness due to their miscommunication. I will never ever in my life that put in there again, nor recommend anybody of any kind I solely believe that Jesus saved me from not donating there due to my arm, possibly falling off after donation please people go anywhere else, but don’t come here I promise you
