My first time donating plasma. The wait wasn’t as long as I expected. My doner tech was a young lady named MARI and she made my first donation go smoothly. She was extremely informative and also very gentle. I had a bit of anxiety about the process but thanks to Mari everything was ok

The nurse who did my plasma was clearly high, smelled like weed. The machine kept malfunctioning throughout the whole entire process. What was supposed to be a 45 minute donation turned out to be 2 hours while being ignored After asking to be disconnected Eventually, I just had to walk out I suggest going to CLS Plasma because Kedplasma need some time to get their donation center in order

This was a terrible experience! Went here last year and things were fine. It wasn’t the most time efficient but I could tell staff mostly cared. There were even a few friendly faces and things went smooth for the most part. I went there yesterday for the first time in months and a lot had changed. two of the new staff members clearly had no clue what they were doing. They seemed to care much more about “getting out on time” than donor safety. The lady readjusted the needle in my arm for five minutes even after I informed her that my arm flows slow. I’ve been to Adma in Dallas and BioLife in Douglasville in the time since I last donated here and had no issues others than a slower flow than most people. I’m not a doctor but if I don’t think it’s a good idea to play around with a needle constantly moving it and tearing whatever’s inside of your clients vein for over 5 minutes. After that, I still wasn’t able to donate. And through it all I felt nothing but pain. But of course like other people I’m pushing through the pain because of my circumstances. I’m not in a position to just say I don’t need the money, I’m good (especially after they just subjected me to 5 minutes of a long and sharp object inside my arm) And of course they decided to do a restick. So they put the needle in my other arm on a way smaller vein. And of course they took their sweet time adjusting it. But I need the money so I just dealt with the pain. And I hadn’t gotten back anything from the plasma at all. They then informed me after moving the needle around there was an infiltration in my arm. To which the nurse casually responded she’d been “giving people infiltrations all day” So there were two nurses going back and forth putting their inexperience and incompetence on full display. I’m not saying this to spite either but merely saying this as awake up call. Of course I wasn’t compensated for my time either because they pulled the plug early. And of course I’d much rather have my life than the measly 100$ (that they likely flip for thousands of dollars) but it’s still disappointing to have happen. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS A. They get better workers who know what they are doing or B. They train their staff to be competent at their job

I absolutely love the employees, they are very personable and always greet me with a smile and sometimes a hug. If it weren't for them I wouldn't travel over an hour to get there, I'd go to the one closest to me, but I feel appreciated and like they care. Thank you
