The staff is professional and the pickup process is usually straightforward, and it’s easy to drop off and retrieve medications during a regular shopping trip. One important thing to note is to always confirm your insurance coverage before dropping off a prescription. I personally ran into an issue where my insurance was no longer accepted by Kroger, but I wasn’t informed until I came back to pick up my medication. It ended up being a one-time situation for me, and I was still able to get my prescription filled elsewhere without too much trouble, but it’s something worth double-checking ahead of time to avoid delays or surprises. Overall, aside from that isolated issue, the pharmacy has been reliable and convenient, and I would still consider it a solid option as long as insurance is verified in advance.
