Alisha was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I felt comfortable and knew what would work best for me. The employee Alisha at the check in desk is super friendly and always helps me find the best lotions! Overall I had an amazing experience here and they had great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
- DPDeanna PetersonJul 18, 20261.0Really bad customer service. Went with a friend in prep for her wedding in a month and we both ended up walking out and not ever trying it. The girl at the counter didn't even greet us and we were the only customers in the lobby (besides an x employee sitting and waiting for a ride). We found out it was the girls first day working, yet when we asked questions about discounts on the website and acted as if we were on the moon. Even after showing her the discount on the phone she still said she didn't know anything about it. Instead of calling a manager herself I had to ask to talk to someone in management. In the end the X employee sitting down got up and tried to help give us actual service. But the young girl was so annoyed that the other employee took over she simply got more stubborn. You lost two paying customers because of a stubborn, proud employee. Not enough training!
