From the moment I walked through the door, Irene gave me the red-carpet treatment. Once she learned that I’m a veteran dealing with spinal and balance issues, she took the time to understand my needs and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the challenges I face. While Irene was assisting me, I also noticed her colleague helping an older gentleman who used also used a rollator. I felt his pain. However, the patience, compassion, and personal attention she gave him were remarkable. By the time he finished, you could practically see him getting his swagger back! The Good Feet Store should have these two create its customer-service training video—or find a way to clone them. They represent the brand with knowledge, warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch that is increasingly difficult to find. This was more than a shopping trip; it was a truly exceptional experience. Five stars, without hesitation!
