He took impressions of my feet and showed me where the greatest pressure points were on my feet. He did not rush me into making a decision on my purchase. He was very patient.

I did cry in the store when my feet did not hurt for the first time in years and it has been an adjustment finding out that my feet are really wide fit but it's an adjustment that was worth it. Getting older isn't for sissys and with a better foundation I feel better. TY

We went in not sure of what to expect, but left with a greater understanding of why we have some of the aches and pains we’ve had for days & even years. It was like being educated by a friend. She was very inviting, yet very professional. She made sure we were comfortable & made sure we understood what she was asking, & why she was asking it. You guys have a life changing product and a great salesperson selling it. I hope all their sales people are this good and I wish more customer service associates/specialists were this good.
- CSChristina SpildeApr 21, 20264.0I would give The Good Feet Store a five (one stop shop), but you have to wait for your feet to adjust to the strengthener inserts. It is the first time in years that my knees don't swell when standing and that is what sold me on the product. The cost is pricey. But if I saw a podiatrist and had 3 sets of custom inserts/insoles made (tennis shoes, work boots, dress shoes), it would cost at least $1500. No, my insurance will not pay for it. I also tried OTC insoles over the years with little to no luck. In addition, The Good Feet Store inserts should last a good long time (limited lifetime warranty) with just having to replace the much cheaper insoles. To sum it up. This solution may not work for everybody, but it seems to be working for me.
