  Love my gym! Stevie at the front desk is fantastic. She is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and she consistently provides excellent customer service. Just wish Onelife would finally replace the StairMasters. They've been an issue for quite some time, and updating them would make a huge difference to the overall member experience. That said, Stevie always does her best to help and deserves recognition for the great job she does.

  I had a very disgusting encounter with a girl that worked there with dark hair. I was on the massage chair and she came in to ask me more than three times about the time that I was on the machine I asked her three times were there anyone waiting so I would get up if there was someone waiting. It turned into harassment from this individual to the point I had to ask her to get out of my space. I felt uncomfortable so I went to the restroom and was going to just leave the gym as I was leaving she approached me again asking questions about how I was getting a massage for extra minutes I'm not sure what the problem was but I felt uncomfortable,harressed with the tone and facial expressions this really needs to be addressed by upper management I felt threatened I felt like it was a racial profile there was another person getting a massage and she said nothing to them this person really needs to be trained how to treat people.Very disappointing.

  Do not join - they will take your money. I enjoyed joining this gym at first but then realized it was wayy too packed at all times so I cancelled my membership in November and was charged extra which I thought was a cancellation fee. Then I kept getting charged after the new year - mind you I called three times to get my membership cancelled and each time they said it was cancelled and I would no longer be charged. Finally I called again and they said that my membership was set to cancel seven months after I had originally cancelled it in November. I had to email member services to get more info and tell them again that I wanted to cancel it. They kept saying I was emailed to tell me all of this even though I have scavenge my junk and trash emails multiple times and never received an email stating this. Very frustrating when I could have been getting my moneys worth this entire time but the three people I talked to and member services failed to tell me that I was going to have to keep paying. When I signed up for this gym I even asked if I could cancel whenever I wanted to and made sure I wasn’t signing a strict contract and they assured me I could. Now I have wasted a tremendous amount of money and didn’t know I should have been still going to the gym since I can’t get out of the contract they signed me up for.
