While he was being seen, staff was very kind and helped me with holding his frames as I have a current shoulder injury and was holding multiple items. Jayeli helped him pick a frame and transition lens color and was very informative, polite, patient, and very friendly and funny. Awesome location.

He spoke in a condescending manner and had the nerve to make the statement of “do you want help or not” while I was explaining my concern. When I responded with yes and asked him why he was being so rude he disconnected the call. I have never had such an experience at any LensCrafters. This interaction makes me never want to visit this location again. On the other hand I will say that Tiffany and the optometrist I believe her name was Tonya.( I could be wrong) were pleasant and willing to help. If I ever were to come back it’s only because of their service. Elijah should not be answering phones if he does not have manners or phone etiquette.
