I would rather buy what I need on Amazon. At least I will get the right product or a refund when I receive the wrong product. Amazon even has better prices.
- EWEdward WhitmerJun 22, 20211.0Today I am having to go back in the store in person for the third time on top of calling customer service 8 times all because GNC shipped me the wrong products. At first I only wanted to exchange them for what I ordered but after three failed attempts I requested a refund. I have yet to receive that. I've wasted 5 hours of my time doing all the leg work trying to get them to fix their mistake. Not only has GNC stolen my money more than that they have stolen my joy. Only the devil can steal a person's joy. So I can only conclude that GNC is the devil. Anyone that wants to keep their money and joy stay away from GNC at all cost.
