They create such a welcoming and motivating environment that makes you look forward to every class ✨ As a Pilates girl, I can honestly say the classes were challenging in the best way 💪🏽 I live pretty far, so I can’t come as often as I’d like — but let it be known… they almost made me a Barre Girl! 😂💕 The energy, professionalism, and kindness of the instructors really make this studio special. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a fun and effective workout.

The teachers take a serious interest in you, and are so encouraging. If you are struggling or unable to do an exercise, they are quick to modify and help you out. And on the flip side they also will push you beyond your comfort zone so you continue to progress. Amy, the owner, is solid gold. Can’t and won’t find better. If you want to get strong and surround yourself with a group of amazing women, come try this-you won’t be disappointed!!
