She didn’t really seem to care about me as a patient and just seemed like she was going through the motions or reading off a script. She was very cold when i told her that bright light trigger migraines for me and continued to shine a light directly in my eyes multiple times during my visit and did nothing to make it more comfortable for me. In fact, my discomfort seemed like an inconvenience to her. I even started to tear up because i couldn’t feel a headache coming on and she just disregarded me. When I went outside to choose my glasses, i did not really like any of them and they were very expensive. My insurance isnt the greatest and the cheapest glasses i saw were around $450. When I told the guy who was helping me that I would probably just take my prescription and go elsewhere he continued to tell me i was making a mistake and i wouldn’t get good quality if i left and then rudely dismissed me. Overall just a terrible experience. I would rather pay out of pocket and go out of network to get better care. On top of that, while i was being assisted with glasses, the doctor came out and started gossiping and laughing with the front desk lady about one of her patients. Overall just an awful experience, I will not return.
