After finally hearing they were available, I spoke with the front receptionist three separate times and was told the lenses would be left at the clinic for me to pick up. I then drove over an hour to get them, only to find that the lenses had not been left as promised. To make matters worse, I never received any communication that my trial lenses had arrived and had to follow up myself. After waiting weeks and making a long trip, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication, poor coordination, and disregard for my time. This experience fell far below the level of customer service I expected. Only come here if you like to waste your money and time.
