- MDmichelle danielsMar 29, 20264.0I have read the reviews and came to this store prepared for a bad experience. I was thrilled to have the exact opposite experience. Charles was wonderful! He was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. All I can say is, he was a ray of sunshine in a dark cavern of customer service. Thank you Charles for your help and recommendations!
- ISInusah SeiduMar 5, 20261.0Super unprofessional place would not go again!
- NJNicollette JohnsonMar 5, 20261.0Just honestly a bad experience overall. I was judged from the minute I walked in until the ultimate decision I made to leave. I received no greeting or help from anyone.
- GGGuillermoMar 5, 20261.0Threatened to call ICE on me
- JGJoe GarciaMar 5, 20261.0This store is a poor representation of what I thought was a great franchise. The stock was scattered, price tags were missing, and the lack of knowledge from the store clerk was appalling. It feels as though they really rushed to open this location without proper training or organization. Very disappointing.
